Brisco Enterprises has been operating their cow/calf operation since 1962. In the summer, their herd of about 75 cattle grazes on pastures across 750 acres of land. In winter, they feed the herd hay harvested from their farm, which operates under an Environmental Farm Plan. They do not use antibiotics or hormones, and have been members of the Verified Beef Production Plus program since 2009.
